Nebraska signs Bitcoin ATM regulatory bill

BlockBeats News: On March 13th, Governor Jim Pillen of Nebraska officially signed the LB609 bill on Wednesday, which regulates Bitcoin ATMs and other electronic transaction terminals to prevent fraud and protect consumer rights. The bill requires Bitcoin ATM operators to clearly disclose all terms of use and provide users with prominent anti fraud warnings. In addition, if users report fraudulent behavior to the operator and law enforcement departments within 90 days, they can receive a full refund.
