Circle launches cross chain transmission protocol V2

According to BlockBeats, on March 11th, Circle announced a protocol update, stating that its newly launched cross chain transmission protocol V2 will be improved on the basis of CCTP V1, shortening the settlement time of cross chain transactions from "the average 13 to 19 minutes of typical blockchain transactions" to only a few seconds through a new set of smart contracts and APIs.
