During bear cycles the last thing you want to do is force trades and not adapt to market conditions. Sit back and explore things like airdrop and yield farming incentives. A good amount of protocols airdropped 4-6 figure airdrops last cycle, the same should follow. At the same time staking unused ETH and SOL in protocols that offer juicy yields could be a nice way to buffer losses. Don't stay stagnant, it's capital preservation mode.
