.@patrickbetdavid, you and I discussed the @SECGov 🆚 @Ripple XRP case three years ago and I predicted that Judge Torres would declare XRP NOT a security - which she did - citing my brief and the Affidavits I submitted. I took on the SEC in the XRP case, even though, like you, I owned much more Bitcoin than XRP because it was the right thing to do and because our government shouldn’t be in the business of picking winners from the losers and it should allow free markets to decide which technology wins or loses.
