According to Wired, Elon Musk's customized chatbot GSAi from DOGE has begun deployment within the General Services Administration (GSA) in the United States to automate government tasks. This tool can help employees draft emails, write key points for speeches, summarize texts, and write code, and can be used to analyze contracts and procurement data.
GSAi offers three AI model options, including Claude Haiku 3.5 (default), Claude Sonnet 3.5 v2, and Meta Llama 3.2. At present, the tool has been opened to about 1500 employees, and further promotion is planned in the future. The official requirement is that users are not allowed to enter federal non-public information, personally identifiable information, or controlled unclassified information.
