Nano Labs raises funds to buy 1 million USDT through issuing additional common stock

According to Golden Finance, Nasdaq listed company Nano Labs announced the issuance of an additional 154799 shares of Class A common stock to investors at a price of $6.46 per share, raising funds to purchase 1 million stablecoins USDT. The company has previously issued 913714 shares of Class A common stock to raise approximately $5.9 million.
