Here's the latest game plan for Pectra:
1. Launch Holesky shadow fork next week so that the broader Ethereum ecosystem can test Pectra features ASAP.
2. Restore Holesky so the ecosystem can still use it for testing long-term like for example testing the Fusaka upgrade.
