I think the criminal legal issue at ActBlue is knowingly taking iIIegal foreign donations to fund Democrat campaigns. The amount is likely hundreds of millions of $$$ over the years. And if true, many Democrat members of Congress who raised money thru ActBlue may be required to cough up the money.
