MetaDAO Joint Creation: Disagree with SIMD-0228 improvement proposal, attention should be paid to dynamic basic costs

According to Foresight News, Solana Nallok, co-founder of MetaDAO, an ecological governance project, tweeted, "Regarding the improvement proposal for SIMD-0228, I believe we are seeing the wrong values here. We should focus on dynamic infrastructure costs (computation and network costs). Inflation should be controlled through direct payments to attract market share. Although I am pleased with everyone's interest in SIMD-0228, I do not think this is where we need to focus. I believe this is likely to achieve its goals, but it may not reach the scale it hopes for. If people want to see this happen, I suggest reducing the impact by half. We can always look back, considering that implementation may take some time, we can have high confidence that this will proceed as expected, if necessary.
