On chain investment platform Plural acquires FINRA member Northstar Financial

According to a report by Golden Finance, on chain investment platform Plural has acquired Northstar Financial Services LP, a member of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). After the acquisition, the company changed its name to Plural Brokerage to support embedding broker dealer due diligence into its tokenization process and allowing securities issuers to raise funds directly on the Plural platform, simplifying the fundraising process. The company plans to achieve a $100 million tokenization fundraising this year.
