EU CONFRONTS DEFENSE GAPS AS TRUMP BACKS AWAY FROM UKRAINE (Bloomberg) European Union leaders arriving in Brussels Thursday urged a revolutionary change to rebuild military infrastructure after decades of neglect and create a brand new security architecture in order to counter Russia.
