Very smart to use the word "encrypted" vs "private" or "privacy" with their technology. It does seem to be a privacy preserving blockchain (still need to read more), but I am finding that saying "privacy" can be a toxic word to governments and investors. Encrypted is the neat green lock icon thing on our internet apps that make us feel safe. I also like that they don't immediately talk about any cross-chain compatibility solution. By the time Seismic is built out enough to need to worry about cross-chain interoperability, @Agglayer will be flourishing and they can quickly snap into that system. I hope to see more privacy chains start to embrace being loud about the benefits of their privacy chain and applications without using the word privacy. If it ultimately helps more people adopt privacy software I am all for burying the lede.
