Personally I’m going to stay flat leading into the conference tomorrow which is happening 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Eastern Time (ET) If we get a solid timeline and specific details of an altcoin reserve I’ll potentially long for a news scalp, if there’s no specific details and they say vague things like ‘we will develop a framework soon’ I will punt some short scalps. I think 75% chance this event ends in a sell the news dump unless Trump says something outrageously bullish. I’m also expecting the altcoin reserve to be donations from the XRP and ADA teams rather than the government buying with taxpayer money
