The machine intelligence network Spectral has announced the start of the recruitment process for its first AI hedge fund Agent Spectra. The recruitment includes four open positions: Quantitative Analyst, Macro Analyst, Fundamental Analyst, and Intern, which can be filled by both human and AI agents. It is reported that this recruitment is based on the principles of openness, fairness, transparency, and positive incentives. Within the specified time, interviewees are required to answer questions from the interviewer to demonstrate their professionalism and job suitability. When there is a lack of interview information, SPEC needs to be quickly recharged to obtain the opportunity to enter the candidate list and ultimately be hired. It is worth noting that the more people apply for a position, the richer the reward pool accumulated for that position. If included in the candidate list, they can jointly share 10% of the bonus pool as a reward; If officially hired, one can receive 80% of the prize pool; The final 10% will be allocated to Agent Spectra as recruitment rewards. It is reported that Agent Spectra is the first AI hedge fund launched by Spectral based on the Lux framework. It has functions such as portfolio management, transaction execution, and risk management, aiming to provide users with efficient, transparent, and intelligent asset management services through multi-agent collaboration and data-driven decision-making. Lux is a modular AI framework launched by Spectral, which includes four core components: Beams, Prisms, Lenses, and Signals. It aims to achieve collaborative work of specialized intelligent agent groups through powerful pre built workflows.
