According to Golden Finance, Nguyen Duc Chi, Deputy Minister of Finance of Vietnam, announced plans to pilot a digital asset exchange in March. The state licensed 'trading hall' aims to protect the rights of participants while embracing the crypto revolution. The Ministry of Finance and the National Bank are both developing regulatory frameworks for digital currencies, and Prime Minister Fan Mingzheng is pushing for the release of the framework this month. This measure is part of a broader goal to promote economic growth of at least 8% by 2025, and Vietnam is intensifying support for companies to issue virtual assets and mobilize financial resources.
