MegaETH： Will not provide airdrop rewards for testing network interaction behavior

The purpose of the testnet is to conduct practical testing, allow developers to explore technology, and provide users with application experience. (Airdrop to testnet) is not in line with our style. Previously, MegaETH announced that it will deploy a testnet on March 6th.
