Legal conflict prevents Binance users from receiving airdrops in Nigeria

According to DL News, Nigerian cryptocurrency users are dissatisfied with missing airdrops due to a long-standing dispute between the government and cryptocurrency exchange Binance. This week, Nigerian users attempting to access Binance Web3 tasks received a notification stating that the service is no longer available. Binance Web3 Task is a platform that earns cryptocurrency gifts by completing simple social tasks such as following X accounts for projects or recommending friends.
Binance has over 380000 active users in Nigeria. This week, multiple Nigerian cryptocurrency users contacted DL News and provided screenshots of their inability to access the company's cryptocurrency giveaway platform. This access ban is the latest restriction imposed by Binance on Nigerian users. Last year, the exchange banned Nigerian users from accessing its peer-to-peer trading platform and removed the digital version of the country's fiat currency, the naira.
It is reported that Binance is facing multiple criminal charges in Nigeria, and Nigerian judges have postponed the $81 billion fine case to April 7th for trial.
