Good riddance. The Philadelphia SEC office led the corrupt and unlawful 699-day investigation into @Gemini. American taxpayers shouldn't be funding these political attacks and witch hunts that kill innovation and economic growth. This office violated its oath and the SEC's mission to “make a positive impact on the U.S. economy, our capital markets, and people’s lives” and this is the right remedy — to shut it down.
