According to the official disclosure of Pond.fun, the Meme coin Launchpad Pond.fun on Linea was hacked this morning. The attacker was Genesis, the project's chief software engineer, who had stolen liquidity from smart contracts and sold tokens, transferring a total of 64.8 ETH to the privacy protocol Railgun. Pond.fun warns users to avoid interacting with its official website, efrogs, and crowk websites to prevent further security risks. At present, Chainalysis and Elliptic have been contacted to ensure that hackers cannot pass the Proof of Innocence (POI) review, and are working with the Linea team to investigate this incident.
