The Ethereum Pectra upgrade encountered activation issues on the Sepolia testnet, and the team is currently investigating

Ethereum core developer Tim Beiko stated that the team is investigating issues caused by custom deposit contracts on the Sepolia testnet. This issue caused some execution layer (EL) clients to encounter exceptions when transactions were included in the block. Previously, it was reported that the Ethereum Pectra upgrade has been activated on the Sepolia testnet and is expected to undergo a mainnet upgrade in early April.
