Despite prices returning to levels seen on the February drop, liquidations on lending protocols have been significantly lower. On Aave Mainnet, high-risk loans have decreased by nearly 1 billion since that large liquidation event. While some of this reduction is due to forced liquidations, much of it likely reflects the current bearish sentiment and a cautious approach among larger positions, many of which appear to be deleveraging in anticipation of further price pressure.
