Everyone should study the history of crypto and why token projects are legally structured in certain countries. Every American founder I know would have set up their project in the USA if permitted including myself. I understand the cringe of many token projects trying to shill as "Made in USA". But comparing token project legal structure to Coinbase is a low blow...actually doesn't even make any sense. Token project legal structure ≠ CEX company legal structure.
