I've been wanting to ask a question.. Is Sol's gas algorithm different from ETH. My understanding Sol is a fixed base gas+tip.. Is it useless to give too much basic gas, and will it still fail because of giving too much? Is ETH different? Does EVM have a bidding basis for gas? It should be a very basic question, I'm a bit confused.
