The key difference between stockpile and strategic reserve (please comment to correct me if I am wrong):
A crypto stockpile is a general collection of cryptocurrencies held by a government, often from seizures, without a specific purpose.
A crypto strategic reserve implies a purposeful holding, usually Bitcoin (now Cardano, Ripple and Solana), for strategic goals like economic stability.
A stockpile is passive and broad, while a strategic reserve is active and focused, though the terms can overlap depending on context.
