The Ada White Paper is the most beautiful white paper I have ever seen written. I am not studying the history of mathematics, and I cannot understand many of the allusions in it. But the most famous person for this project is the founder Lao Cha, the former leader of V Dog. Once it goes online, it's just a mess, making Japanese prostitution commonplace and lacking any ecosystem. Whomping until the end, everything is available!
