According to Bloomberg, a federal judge in Brooklyn has dismissed a lawsuit filed by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) against cryptocurrency founder Richard Heart. The SEC accuses Heart of raising over $1 billion through the sale of unregistered securities, including Hex tokens and its PulseChain blockchain network and PulseX decentralized financial platform's digital assets, and using at least $12.1 million in investor funds to purchase luxury goods. Judge Carol Amon believes that the SEC has not provided sufficient factual evidence to prove that these actions occurred in the United States, and therefore allows the SEC to amend the indictment to make up for the deficiencies. https://www.
