Fee Monetization (90% of txs fees go to apps) was just released for internal review, #1 app is a gaming app, they earned 53k last month. Just extra revenue for stuff they were already building and monetizing. If you are an app, and your L1/L2 isn't paying you for the fees you generate, should seriously consider migrating. Your users will join you, they get a better experience, and you get paid.
