The court requires Sina Finance to remove infringing content, publicly apologize, and pay compensation for mental damages. It is reported that in March 2022, Sina Finance published a series of unverified false reports on its official website and multiple platforms targeting Mr. Sun Yuchen, including serious false accusations of insider trading, money laundering, fraud, etc., and maliciously misled the public under the title of "FBI Investigating Sun Yuchen". Sina Finance's failure to fulfill its reasonable verification obligations has caused serious damage to Mr. Sun Yuchen's reputation.
