According to Foresight News, the FBI (Federal Bureau of Investigation) has issued a statement stating that North Korea is responsible for the theft of approximately $1.5 billion worth of virtual assets from Bybit, and has referred to this specific North Korean malicious online activity as "Trader Raitor". The FBI encourages private sector entities, including RPC node operators, exchanges, cross chain bridges, blockchain analytics companies, DeFi services, and other virtual asset service providers, to block transactions with addresses used by Trader Raiders to clean up stolen assets or transactions derived from these addresses.
