The SEC announced in the morning that it would cease its investigation into Uniswap. Although there has been no change in the coin price, this is still a positive news for regulators in the long run regarding DeFi. The previous SEC investigation into Uniswap Labs mainly involved three aspects: 1. Accusations of unregistered brokers or exchanges 2. Is UNI an unregistered security 3. Regulation of the entities behind DeFi projects At least in this cycle, the pressure on DeFi projects will be much less.
