Not only is this a massive conflict of interest, but is happening while Elon is actively threatening to turn off Starlink coverage in Ukraine (despite obligations from US government contracts) as a negotiation tactic. And misses the entire issue aviation is facing which is the lack of qualified human ATCs who are over worked and then were bulk forced out of their jobs. DOGE is repeatedly gutting agencies that investigate Elon, gutting agencies that compete with Elon (NASA) and now gutting infrastructure to offer up a private for-profit alternative that costs more. This was never about efficiency. This is a grift pillaging the coffers of America.
