US authorities seize $31 million worth of cryptocurrency related to the 2021 Uranium Finance hack

Odaily Planet Daily News: The Southern District of New York (SDNY) announced on X platform that authorities have seized approximately $31 million worth of cryptocurrency related to the 2021 Uranium Finance hacking incident. This operation is jointly carried out by SDNY and the San Diego Homeland Security Investigations (HSI). Uranium Finance is a Uniswap Fork project deployed on the BNB chain. In April 2021, $50 million was stolen by hackers due to a contract vulnerability. Hackers have attempted to launder money through tools such as Tornado Cash. （CoinDesk）
