You're only fucked if you: 1. "invested" in alts that are already up 10-20x off their bottom 2. "invested" in alts that have to fundamental value/utility and are only surviving on attention If you didn't "invest" in either of the above just keep calm, don't sell the dips, and you'll more likely than not be totally fine.
