Wu said that according to NBCDFW, Robinhood stated that it received a letter from the enforcement department of the US Securities and Exchange Commission on Friday, detailing that the agency has concluded its investigation into cryptocurrency business and has no intention of taking enforcement action. Previously, in May 2024, Robinhood received a notice warning that its crypto division could be charged with violating securities laws.
