Binance will adjust the settlement frequency of BANUSDT perpetual contract fund rates

Odaily Planet Daily News: According to the official announcement of Binance, starting from 4:00 pm (Beijing time) on February 24, 2025, Binance will adjust the settlement frequency of the fund rate for the USD Ⓢ - M BANUSDT perpetual contract from once every four hours to once every two hours. The maximum funding rate range remains unchanged between+3.00% and -3.00%. The announcement points out that in order to prevent extreme market volatility risks, Binance may take additional protective measures without further notice, including adjusting the maximum leverage ratio, position value, maintaining margin ratio, updating fund rate composition, adjusting price index composition, etc.
