Wu learned that according to Twitter user @ trenddiver101, Pumpfun is developing its own AMM function and is currently testing it on its testing website AMM Pump Fun. This may be to allow some meme tokens to migrate from Raydium to its own liquidity pool, in order to extract more transaction fees or design mechanisms to reward token holders.
