Abraxas Capital transferred 28438 ETH worth a total of $7962 from the CEX hot wallet

On February 23rd, according to Arkham monitoring, an address marked as Abraxas Capital Mgmt withdrew 20000 ETH worth $56.03 million from the Binance hot wallet address, and withdrew 40 million USDT from the same Binance hot wallet address. Another 8438 ETH worth 23.59 million US dollars were withdrawn from the OKX hot wallet address.
