CZ: Most banks do not have $1.4 billion in cash that can be stolen

Odaily Planet Daily News: Bitinning founder Kashif Raza posted on X platform that if a bank is hacked and loses $1.4 billion, the subsequent actions may include freezing withdrawals, notifying the government, establishing an investigation committee, conducting a multi-year investigation, closing branches, and losing to competitors.
In contrast, the Bybit exchange underwent a series of operations after being hacked, including live broadcasts by the CEO, industry alliances, support from competitors, everything returning to normal after one hour, and initiating tracking and freezing operations within the industry.
