The emperors/presidents/CEOs at the top of the bureaucratic system are often raised by queen ants surrounded by eunuchs, great but useless. This highly bureaucratic organizational structure is a legacy of the industrial age and is no longer suitable for the era of super individuals brought by AI. Both nation states and corporate groups require Musk's DOGE acceleration. The ultimate goal is to accelerate the disintegration and demise of these organizational structures, and promote the emergence of new organizational forms that are compatible with the AI era.
