Is there a truly usable decentralized AI infrastructure available? If using openAI, IPA can be directly adjusted, and the computing power and large model are integrated, but the reasoning process is decentralized and has no privileged roles? TAO can listen to stories like those told by the Ethereum Foundation, but after delving deeper, they cannot actually run AI applications. Is anyone still developing it
