The 1.5B ETH Bybit hack has really exposed the intellectual void that exists in the Bitcoin maxi community Pretending there’s contentious debate about doing a hard fork / rollback, posting fake news about Vitalik putting it up for a vote, acting as if it was a smart contract hack, concern trolling about “precedence” bc of a decade-old event It was a CEX hack due to frontend exploit of the signers’ machines, it could have just as easily been BTC funds drained There is a 0% chance of a rollback / hard fork happening When did the social layer get so corrupted, nobody does this when BTC is stolen from an exchange
