The CEO of OpenSea has stated that the SEC is closing its investigation into OpenSea. This is a victory for every creator and builder in our field. Attempting to classify NFTs as securities would be a step backwards - distorting the law and hindering innovation. Every creator, big or small, should be able to freely construct without unnecessary obstacles.
