I recall @CryptoVizArt preparing a suite of charts called the 'exchange reliance ratio'. It showed that based on inter exchange transfers, many smaller exchanges were utterly dependant on flows to/from binance. Pretty sure Bybit was high on the list. Looks like more evidence.
