Odaily Planet Daily News: BitFuFu announced the acquisition of a 51 megawatt operational Bitcoin mining data center in Oklahoma, further expanding its mining presence in the United States. The transaction was completed at a price of $400000 per megawatt, with funds from BitFuFu's cash and common stock. The data center has been in operation since 2022, with over 95% of normal operating time and an electricity cost of approximately $0.03 per kilowatt hour, allowing the production cost of Bitcoin at the location to be as low as $18000 (excluding depreciation of mining machines and facilities). BitFuFu plans to deploy AntMiner S21 series mining machines on this site, which is expected to increase its overall computing power scale and support a global expansion plan of 1GW. (GlobeNewswire)
