This is a good question. New PoS public chains such as BeraChain and Initia, which natively support DEX LP Staking to ensure the security of the mainnet, can capture Staking rewards and LP rewards by staking local currency stablecoin trading pairs, without the need to wrap another layer of staking local currency LST stablecoin trading pairs.
