FOX reporter: SEC prioritizes handling cryptocurrency lawsuits with closer deadlines

Binance's case has been put on hold until April 14th, Lejilex's case until April 11th, and Coinbase and the SEC have agreed to extend the deadline, allowing the SEC to respond to Coinbase's intermediate appeal application before March 14th. The SEC leadership may anticipate that President Paul Atkins, nominated by Trump, will be confirmed at that time.
