Is a bull market meant to attract retail investors or drive them to extinction?
I saw two people arguing yesterday.
One person said that without retail investors, where did the bull market come from. Another point is that without driving out all retail investors, where does the bull market come from.
To be honest, I am more inclined towards the latter because after experiencing three rounds of bull and bear markets, I have found that the starting point of a bull market is basically when individual investors are liquidated and leave. The reason for using the word 'being' is because only individual investors know about this despair. The ultimate pain of cutting flesh must be heart wrenching.
The market will attract retail investors to enter and take over during a bull market, but it is definitely not in the bottom zone. When the market reaches 110000 or even 120000 to 130000, there will naturally be a large number of people shouting that a bull market is coming and entering the market to buy.
