Nigerian lawmakers sue Binance executives over $150 million bribery allegations

According to CoinDesk, the US federal court has detailed the scale of assets owned by SBF before its trial and imprisonment for fraud, as well as how the US government quickly intervened and seized approximately $1 billion in financial assets and two planes. The final confiscation order issued by the Southern District Court of New York on Tuesday officially stripped SBF of its ownership in a decades long property inventory. The court documents revealed the extensive assets claimed by the former billionaire, including a large amount of cryptocurrency assets from Alameda Research, a trading company he co founded. Among these numerous pages involving cryptocurrencies, Alameda's assets on Binance include $56 million in XRP, $3.6 million in TRX, $3.4 million in ADA, $2.3 million in BTC, and dozens of other tokens, as shown in accounting records. The most important asset among them is the proceeds from the sale of Robinhood stock - $606 million held by SBF's Emergent Fidelity Technologies. Other financial assets include: Alameda Research holds 119 million USDT on Binance; Emergent Fidelity Technologies holds $21 million in Marex; FTX Digital Markets holds $50 million in Moonstone Bank; FTX Digital Markets holds $101 million in Silvergate; SBF and another individual hold $7 million in Flagstar Bank. The list of confiscated assets also includes two private planes: a 2009 Bombardier Global 5000 and a 2006 Embraer Legacy. The court documents also detailed over 250 political donations that have been withdrawn from the recipient's campaign and organization, including the amount donated by FTX executives under SBF instructions. In the past US Congress, one-third of the members received donations from SBF or other FTX executives, and they also donated to a wide range of state-level political organizations.
