Odaily Daily reported that before SBF was sentenced to prison for fraud, a federal court outlined the size of his assets, and the government subsequently seized approximately $1 billion in financial assets and two planes. On Tuesday, the final confiscation order issued by the Southern District Court of New York officially severed SBF's ownership in a decades long property inventory. The court documents disclosed a significant amount of assets it owns, including a large amount of cryptocurrency from Alameda Research, a trading company co founded by SBF. According to the documents, Alameda's assets on Binance include $56 million in XRP, $3.6 million in TRX, $3.4 million in ADA, $2.3 million in BTC, and dozens of other cryptocurrencies. The most important holding in the assets is the proceeds from the sale of Robinhood stock, with SBF's subsidiary, Emergent Fidelity Technologies, holding $606 million. Other financial assets include: Alameda Research holds $119 million in USDT on Binance; Emergent Fidelity Technologies holds $21 million in Marex; FTX Digital Markets holds $50 million in Moonstone Bank; FTX Digital Markets holds $101 million in Silvergate. SBF and another individual hold $7 million in Flagstar Bank The calculation of confiscated assets also includes two private planes: a 2009 Bombardier Global 5000 and a 2006 Embracer Legacy. The court documents also detailed over 250 political donations that were withdrawn from the campaign and organizations that received these donations, including amounts allegedly donated by other FTX executives under SBF instructions.
