According to Businesswire, Fold Holdings, a Bitcoin financial services company, Inc. announced that its common stock and warrants are expected to begin trading on the NASDAQ Capital Market on February 19, 2025, with stock codes "FLD" and "FLDDW", respectively. As mentioned earlier, in order to facilitate the completion of the business merger on February 14, 2025, the company will change its name from "FTAC Emerald Acquisition Corp." to "Fold Holdings, Inc
